Full moon today and it's quite chilly outside. I turned all the lights in the house inside and out. My sister in law sent me the whole clothing system (shirt, sweater, pants, shoes). Thanks.....  Posted by Hello

Northern lights (aurora borealis), taken from my parent's house. My wife's digital camera had trouble focusing on such a dark night, so this is the best I got. :( 8 seconds exposure. I'm still waiting for the picture from my F80. Hopefully, I'll get that next week. (30 seconds exposure on my F80). Posted by Hello

Weather is getting colder now days, so a lot of people are getting ready for the winter. I guess this is how Winnipeggers prepare for the winter. Finally, J got the Manitoba Health insurance. Posted by Hello

Yesterday and today, J and A went to church school to help them with their network wiring in the classroom. What a messy job. We even saw a dead rat on the ceiling (Yuck). The photo above was taken about a week ago (film takes long time to get developed, you know). It was foggy night with little bit of drizzle. A couldn't resist taking some photos from the side of the road.  Posted by Hello

I dug up one of my photos I took this summer. The picture may look like it was taken from a meadow, but it's just a side from a road in Winnipeg. I had to endure the mosquitoes, and when I knelt down, the thistles were killing my knees. :( I used the graduated ND filter to darken the sky. Yesterday was a holloween day. I was expecting to see lots of children doing trick or treat in our neighbor, but only 6 showed up. Too much candy left over for us. Posted by Hello
