Hot weather and insane amount of rain makes mosquitoes happy. When I took the picture, I was out for less than a minutes (Went out, took the picture and came back in right away). The City started to spray with Malathion, but they haven't done our area yet.  Posted by Picasa

Some parking job. This is the construction site for our new Home Depot site. Apparently, they ran out of parking space, and this is how they handle the shortage. :) J and A were watching a movie on TV, but in the middle of the movie, the TV station got cut off, and I am left wondering what happened. Now, I have to rent the movie "Life or something like it" starring Angelina Jolie and others. A-Channel SUCKS. Posted by Picasa

A's cousin got married and we got to go to Toronto for his reception. Toronto was very busy and hot, so we didn't get to go too many places. But we managed to go to the Niagara falls (among other wonderful places). We had a great time and got to meet so many nice people in Toronto.  Posted by Picasa

It rained and rained and rained soooo hard last night. It only rained for about an hour or so, but we had so much water everywhere. Good thing the drainage is good in our area. This is my first successful shot of the lightning. I wouldn't have been able to do it without using the digital camera. I tried them before with film camera, but they all turned out way to over exposed. Hopefully, Nikon will make D200 soon, and I'll buy a DSLR. Posted by Picasa

Tomatoes started to bloom! We have about dozen tomatoes, but not much flowers on them. So, I'm not sure how many tomatoes we'll have this year. But this is our first garden, so I don't expect much. We'll see how the weather plays out this year. Tomato flower looks nice, though. :) Posted by Picasa
