It's the Christmas season. The christmas tree is up and running. Our cat Kyaa keeps breaking the tree, but so far it's standing ok.

My sister and my mom's in Florida for a vacation. My poor dad didn't know when they were going, so he missed an opportunity to go with them, so he's stuck at home by himself. 

We had 30cm of snow fall today. I just heard that it's going to cost us about 3 million dollars to clean up the snow we just had. I've been shoveling for a while, and it's a real good work out. It's just that I haven't excercised much lately. So, I will be sore for a while. :)  

Pastor Doug Batchelor was doing his final day of his Revive'05 series (http://www.05revive.com). On the way home, I stopped by the forks for night photography. Good to have D70 for immediate results, eh? Thanks again June. :)

Welcome, Welcome!!!!!! For my birthday present, J bought me a new digital camera. After seeing the price tag on the newly announced Nikon D200, I decided to get a Nikon D70s instead. (About half the price). I am still trying to figure out how to camera works, but it's real exciting to have a nice digital camera. I just found out that my SB-28 doesn't work properly. Let me see if I can get it working somehow. Thank you J for the early present. 

This is where Andrew spent his money on his anniversary trip. ACES is the flight simulator shop in the mall of America. They have F/A-18 simulator and the P-51 mustang simulator. I did the F-18 version. Unlike what the ad says on the web, there was no motion simulation on the simulator. Bit disappointed about that, but it was a blast to try at least once. My opponents who were my combat mates were all new to the simulation, so they were sunch an easy kill. Maybe James can kick my butt when he gets here. 

October 26 was our anniversary. So, we went to Minniapolis for our anniversary trip. J likes snoopy, so natually, we spent all our time at the snoopy mall in the Mall of America. D200 was finally announced today. The specification is really impressive, but the camera is bit on the pricey side for me.
